Walt is responsible for financial analysis and underwriting of acquisitions in addition to supporting both the asset management and investor relations teams.
Prior to joining Headwall, Walt worked at StreetLevel Investments in Dallas analyzing retail development projects across the country. Walt also previously interned at Lincoln Property Company’s Austin office working under the development and office leasing teams.
Walt graduated from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a minor in real estate. During his time at the UT Austin, Walt served as an Analyst on the McCombs Real Estate Investment Fund analyzing both public and private real estate investments.
