Patrick Wheeler is a Development Manager focused on driving projects from concept to completion across Headwall’s development portfolio. He brings hands-on experience in multifamily operations and development, having worked as a Leasing Agent, Assistant Manager, and Development Associate, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both execution and long-term asset performance.
Patrick’s expertise includes start-to-finish multifamily development—from raw land through delivery—paired with a strong foundation in efficient property management. He is particularly passionate about projects that enhance livability and elevate the aesthetic of Central San Antonio.
Originally from San Antonio, Patrick earned his Bachelor of Arts from Sewanee: The University of the South, majoring in Economics and Spanish with a minor in History. Outside of work, he enjoys live sports, live music, golf, and cooking. His favorite travel destination is Mexico City, and one fun fact most people don’t expect: he has completed the El Camino de Santiago pilgrimage.
Patrick describes himself as loyal, sincere, and reliable, and is excited to continue growing his development expertise while contributing to successful projects for Headwall, its investors, and the surrounding community.
