Lindsay Kopplow is the Director of Property Management and is responsible for overseeing the management of Headwall’s current portfolio, creating and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and vendors, and assisting with budget creation and tracking. Lindsay brings almost two decades of real estate experience to the team. Before joining Headwall in 2022, she was a property manager for Kopplow Construction, providing full suite management services for 3 office buildings. Between 2012 and 2017, she served as a Senior Associate at Stream Realty and had responsibility for transaction execution, landlord and tenant representation, and leasing for over 1.1 million square feet of product. Before that, Lindsay had her own firm, LK Properties, which she started in 2008 after two years in residential real estate in Austin with Keller Williams.
Ms. Kopplow is a member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she obtained her Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM®) designation and is on track to complete her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation. She is also a member of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) where she completed Foundations of Real Estate Management. Lindsay graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Foundations.
