Henry Vaughan serves as the Vice President of Investor Relations and has investor relations and capital acquisition responsibilities. Since joining Headwall shortly after its inception, Henry has focused on sourcing new equity, managing Headwall’s existing investor base, and spearheading the Investor Relations activities, ensuring timely reporting on business activities and financial statements. Before joining Headwall, Henry successfully built and managed an account portfolio at Beneplace, LLC, which helped lead to an acquisition of Beneplace, LLC by Entertainment Benefits Group in the fall of 2019. Henry also has internship experience in a range of industries, including commercial real estate, retail product sales, voluntary benefits and perks platforms, and digital marketing.
Henry graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Economics and a minor in the McCombs Business Foundations program and was a member of the Texas Cowboys.
