Chad serves as Chief Financial Officer of Headwall, where he leads the firm’s financial strategy and operations. He brings extensive experience in institutional fund administration, controllership, and corporate finance, with a track record of managing both LP and GP capital across a range of private market fund structures.
Before joining Headwall, Chad held leadership roles on both the principal and administrator sides of the real estate private equity industry. Since joining the firm, he has been instrumental in strengthening its financial operations, contributing thoughtful leadership, precision, and a strong command of the investment platform.
Chad is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas. He holds undergraduate degrees in finance and accounting from Texas State University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Colorado Denver. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Kayla, and their friends—whether around San Antonio or getting away to the Hill Country for weekends at the ranch or lake.
