Brian Strenk joins Headwall as a Senior Accountant, bringing more than 10 years of experience in financial and regulatory reporting, GL oversight, financial close management, and audit preparation. He has deep expertise in US GAAP, financial statement analysis, and supporting complex investment management operations across a wide range of asset classes and product types. Throughout his career, Brian has worked with major asset-management organizations in both industry roles and at a leading global accounting and advisory firm.
Brian also has experience supporting ERP system migration and development initiatives, helping organizations strengthen controls and improve reporting efficiency.
Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside. He was drawn to Headwall by the strength of the team and the company’s exciting growth trajectory.
Outside of work, Brian is a proud husband and father of two young daughters. He has spent more than 15 years involved in rugby as a player, administrator, and coach and enjoys golfing in his free time. His personal motto is “If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door.”
