Beth Mangum serves as Controller and brings over 30 years of experience to the team from various accounting, finance, and operation roles. She is responsible for all accounting-related functions, including fund and property-level budgeting, distributions calculations for both fund and property-level investors, payroll, and managing Headwall’s internal balance sheet. Before joining Headwall in August 2020, Beth served as Director of Finance at Allied Barton Security Services, where she was responsible for curating a business model to manage the $600 million remote-managed business segment and overseeing all aspects of financial reporting for the $700 million west division.
Before that, Beth worked as VP and Director of Operations for various restaurant groups, served as Controller at a San-Antonio-based real estate developer, and was a staff accountant at Ernst & Young. Mrs. Mangum achieved her CPA designation, which is currently inactive, and attained a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Trinity University.
